Shipping
Your parcels are sent by Colissimo or lettre suivie (La Poste) within 24/48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, shipping times may be extended. We will send you an e-mail with the tracking number to let you know when your parcel has left our warehouses.
Delivery charges
- Individuals
We offer free delivery for all orders to Metropolitan France from a minimum purchase of 40 euros.
For orders below 40 euros, a shipping charge of 6 euros applies.
Postage to French overseas departments and territories is 25 euros plus VAT.
For all countries within the European Union, delivery charges are calculated according to the country of destination before your order is validated.

Returns and refunds
Return time
Returns are possible for 30 days after receipt of your order. We advise you to contact us here, before returning any items, to find out your reasons for doing so and to find a possible solution to the problem caused.
⚠️ If your product is faulty, you can contact us within 30 days, along with a photo or video of the faulty product. We will send you a new product free of charge. In this exceptional case, you do not need to return the broken product.

Following your return, you will be reimbursed within 5 to 10 working days of receipt of your parcel in our offices.
